Update on the stall I posted about 3 weeks ago: it broke. Down 4 lbs this week after 3 weeks at the same number. Didn't change anything — just kept going. Sometimes the scale is a liar and the process is still working underneath.

Prior auth is such a game. Three denials before approval — persistence is key.

Have you tried injecting in the evening? That helped my nausea enormously.
